Sep 25, 2025: Cost management — Updating budgets more frequently¶

The time period between consumption and a budget receiving information about the consumption is called the budget refresh interval. You can now set the budget refresh interval to one hour so budgets are updated with consumption data more frequently so you can watch spending more closely.

Setting the budget refresh interval to one hour increases the compute costs associated with the budget. For more information, see Adjusting the budget refresh interval.
