Jul 15, 2026: Automations in Snowflake CoWork (Private Preview)¶

Automations in Snowflake CoWork are now in Private Preview, available to selected accounts. An automation turns a one-time report into a recurring one: Snowflake CoWork re-runs your question with fresh data on the schedule you choose and emails you the results, including a summary and key metrics, along with a link that opens the full report so you can ask follow-up questions.

You can set up and manage automations in two ways: conversationally while chatting with Snowflake CoWork, or from the Automations tab. When you chat, Snowflake CoWork can offer to send you a report on a regular schedule after it answers a question, and you can confirm or adjust the timing in your reply. You can also list, reschedule, pause, resume, and delete your automations by asking or from the Automations tab.
