DROP IMAGE REPOSITORY¶

Removes the specified image repository from the current or specified schema.

DROP IMAGE REPOSITORY [ IF EXISTS ] <name>

Parameters¶

name

Specifies the identifier for the repository to drop.

Access control requirements¶

A role used to execute this SQL command must have the following privileges at a minimum:

Image repository

Note that operating on any object in a schema also requires the USAGE privilege on the parent database and schema.

Usage notes¶

Dropping an image repository while services are running that reference images in that repository can cause problems. Currently running service instances and jobs will continue to run, but any attempt to create a new service instance will fail.
