This topic describes how Snowflake supports customers with FedRAMP compliance requirements.

Understanding FedRAMP compliance requirements

The Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) is a program established to provide an efficient and effective risk based approach to use cloud services by the federal government. This program provides the ability for government agencies to leverage cloud technologies while ensuring these technologies meet the stringent requirements and security necessary to protect federal information.

You can view the latest of Snowflake’s FedRAMP Authorizations by the FedRAMP PMO within the FedRAMP Marketplace.

If your Snowflake account is in a U.S. government region and you want to access data products that are offered privately or on the Snowflake Marketplace, or offer listings either privately or on the Snowflake Marketplace, you must review and acknowledge a cross-region disclaimer for your organization.
