January 16, 2025 — Snowsight enhancements to contact email management — General Availability

With this release, we are pleased to introduce enhancements to how you manage your contact emails, ensuring you never miss important updates about your account. When logging into Snowsight, users with the ACCOUNTADMIN or ORGADMIN role will receive a prompt to add any missing critical contact emails or update outdated ones. Keeping this information updated ensures that users receive all essential notifications, from security alerts to product updates, without delay. Until all missing critical contacts are provided, users will continue to see the prompt at the start of their Snowsight sessions.
