Apache Iceberg™ tables: version-hint.text file no longer generated¶

For new and existing Snowflake-managed Apache Iceberg™ tables:

Before the change:: Snowflake generates a version-hint.text file in the metadata file location for a table.
After the change:: Snowflake no longer generates the version-hint.text file.
