Oct 29, 2025: Guided account failover in Snowsight (General availability)¶

With this release, guided account failover in Snowsight is generally available. You can now select all the applicable failover groups and connections and promote them all at the same time, using Snowsight. That way, you can promote a target account to serve as the source account in a single step. We refer to this operation as a bulk failover.
