SHOW WAREHOUSES command: New column in output (Pending)¶

When this behavior change bundle is enabled, the output of the SHOW WAREHOUSES command will include the following new column:

Column name	Data type	Description
`resource_constraints`	VARCHAR	Reserved for future use.
