When this behavior change bundle is enabled, the default value of the SYNC_PASSWORD parameter on SCIM security integrations behaves as follows:
- Before the change:
If not set, SYNC_PASSWORD is set to TRUE.
- After the change:
If not set, SYNC_PASSWORD is set to FALSE.
