SHOW <objects> commands: Remove BUDGET column from output (Preview)¶

SHOW <objects> commands (for example, SHOW WAREHOUSES) behave as follows:

Before the change:: The output of a SHOW <objects> command includes a budget column that provides the name of a budget if the object is monitored by one.
After the change:: The output of SHOW <objects> commands does not include a budget column.
