Account Usage Views: New INSTANCE_

The following views in the ACCOUNT_USAGE schema include the column INSTANCE_ID:
- AUTOMATIC_CLUSTERING_HISTORY
- SERVERLESS_TASK_HISTORY
- STAGES
- TABLES
- TASK_HISTORY
- VIEWS
The INSTANCE_ID column was added to support future functionality.
