Introduced in the 8.27 release (July 22-25) as Disabled by Default; account admins can enable for testing.
Status changed in the 8.32 release (August 26-30) to Enabled by Default; account admins can disable for opt-out.
Status changed in the 8.38 release (October 7-9) to Generally Enabled; account admins can no longer enable or disable this bundle.
