Mar 12, 2026: AI code suggestions in Workspaces (Preview)¶

AI code suggestions in Cortex Code are now available in public preview.

As you type in a SQL file in Workspaces, Cortex Code provides context-aware inline suggestions to help you complete your statements faster. Suggestions appear as gray text at your cursor position and are generated based on your query history, the content of the current workspace, table schemas, and recently executed queries.
