Oct 13, 2026: Gemini 4 Argon model in AI Functions (Preview)¶

The gemini-4-argon model is now available in Public Preview in AI Functions with AI_COMPLETE.

The model supports cross-region inference with CORTEX_ENABLED_CROSS_REGION set to ANY_REGION or GCP_US.
