SCAI is Client Software governed by either 1) the written agreement between Snowflake (or its affiliate) and your organization governing use of the Snowflake Service (the "Agreement"), or if no such written agreement exists, 2) the Snowflake Terms of Service published at https://www.snowflake.com/legal.
