May 29, 2025: Table extraction in Document AI (Preview)¶

With Document AI, you can now extract tables from documents using the new Snowflake Arctic-TILT foundation model geared towards tabular and relational extraction.

To extract tables, select the document processing type before you begin defining values for your Document AI model build.
