SnowConvert: Deployment

  1. First of all, select the objects to be deployed. Please consider the following information in the conversion status column:

    • The object is ready to be deployed.

    • FDM's have been found on the object file, it is recommended to review them before deployment.

    • EWI's have been found on the object file, they must be fixed before deployment.

Note

In case you make changes in the object files you can refresh the tree by clicking on the “Refresh Tree” button.

  1. Once you have selected the objects for deployment, please proceed to click the “Deploy” button. This will prompt you to authenticate in Snowflake to start the deployment process. Please keep in mind Snowflake’s security recommendations. You can authenticate using two methods:

Please remember that the account identifier should use “-” for separation instead of “.”, formatted like this: orgname-account-name.

  1. The deployment process will execute the objects in the following order: database, schemas, and tables. The execution results will be displayed once the deployment is complete.
